Reviewingexisting HR policies and creating new policies whilst considering implementingfurther company benefits if deemed appropriate
Managingall aspects of recruitment
Responsiblefor maintaining Personnel files
Monitoringsickness and holidays and reporting to the Senior Management team
AdministeringPayroll, Pensions, Insurances, Company expenses and company benefits
Qualifiedor Part Qualified considered
Handson experience in a HR environment required
Goodknowledge of current employment law
Able tocommunicate at all levels
Approachablewith excellent organisational and communication skills
Anatural people person / motivator
